I come to you with only karate, empty hands. I have no weapons. But should I be forced to defend myself, my principles or my honor… Should it be a matter of life or death, right or wrong… Then here are my weapons, karate. Empty hands.

I will develop myself in a positive manner. I will avoid anything that will reduce my mental growth or physical health. I will develop self-discipline, in order to bring out the best in myself and others. I will use common sense before self-defense and never be abusive or offensive.
We are a black belt school! We are dedicated! We are motivated! We are on a quest to be our best!
Test creed
I stand here today, ready to test my skills, my endurance, my perseverance, and my knowledge of what I, to this day, have learned. I am here to prove to my instructors, my peers and foremost to myself, that I am indeed ready to embrace more knowledge and enhance what I so humbly have already absorbed. I confidently accept and will overcome this challenge with determination, vigilance and an open mind.
